Life, they say, its a risk. However, the ability and strength to face consequences of every decisions we make, either optimistic or pessimistic is referred to as “Confidence”.

Exceptionally, confidence is one of the top major characteristics one have to exhibit in life.

To start with, Confidence means feeling sure of yourself and your abilities, not in an arrogant way, but in a realistic, secure way. Confidence isn’t about feeling superior to others. It’s a quiet inner knowledge that you’re capable.
Confidence is extremely important, yet so many people struggle to have it. Sadly, this can be a vicious circle: people who lack self-confidence can find it difficult to become successful.
The level of self-confidence show in many ways: behavior, body language, how one speak, what you say, and so on.

Wearing confidence helps us feel ready for life’s experiences. When we’re confident, we’re more likely to move forward with people and opportunities, not back away from them. And if things don’t work out at first, confidence helps us try again.

There are factors to consider to wear confidence, firstly, to believe in yourself and build the mindset that you can do it and be successful, and the best way to get that belief is using your skills and talents by learning and practicing. The ability to believe in yourself without doubt defeat failure.

Secondly, compare yourself and not compete, its natural to juxtapose yourself with other people with the motive to correct, adjust and move forward buy the moment you start feeling bad about yourself because you compare, there is need to improve in wearing your confidence.

Thirdly, take a risk and challenge yourself of something that is beyond your comfort zone, if that is done and yield well, you’ve challenged yourself and more confidence comes in. However, if not yield well, the confidence must still be there to improve and press further.

In addition, note your strengths and weaknesses by wearing your confidence, it is known that people praise ones strength and criticize ones weaknesses, but individuals motive toward the weak point matters alo. It is advisable to work on your weak point and encourage your strengths territory.

Moreover, dare to be real and keep at it, Let others see and know you for who you are, your mistakes, insecurities, and all. The truth is that insecurities are easier to move past when we don’t feel like we have to hide them. Embrace your quirks instead of trying to be like someone else or acting in a way that’s not true to you.

It takes courage and confidence to be real. But the more real we are, the more self-confident we become.
In conclusion, if something happen and shakes your confidence, show yourself some understanding. Don’t criticize yourself. Learn from what happened, think what you could have done differently, and remember it for next time.

All in all, Talk about what happened with someone who cares. Then remind yourself of your strengths and the things you’ve achieved and get back in the game!

Finally, confidence is lif, its a need and want. Keep it real.
