It was a wonderful day for our little Irish princess on Saturday 18 September in Co. Cork Ireland, as Elizabeth, the cover voice of NaSoWeSeeAmOnline celebrated her First Holy Communion.
First Holy Communion is a ceremony in which a person first receives the Eucharist.
The Eucharist is a re-enactment of the Last Supper, the final meal that Jesus Christ shared with his disciples before his arrest, and eventual crucifixion. At the meal Jesus ate bread and wine and instructed his disciples to do the same in memory of him.
It is most common in Catholic Church, and Ireland being a Christian country (though all religions are welcome and respected) celebrates and considers this day a very special one in the life of a child.
According to her mum, Sarah, who is one of the pioneers of NaSoWeSeeAm Online, Elizabeth has been over the moon about this special day. She would talk about it with excitement over and over again.

In the video below Elizabeth shows appreciation to mum for making her day wonderful as she explained that mum bought her a cake to grace the occasion and that she was at the restaurant with some family friends, and she also made a promise to Jesus to be her best, the type that would make our Lord Jesus proud by doing things that will bring Glory to His name.
